My Story: From my early beginnings in the finance industry, I've always been driven by a passion for helping people navigate the complexities of mortgages and insurance. When the opportunity arose to build a business offering a more tailored, client-centred approach to these crucial financial decisions, Greenshoots Financial was born. My aim has always been to make a real difference in people's lives through personalised financial solutions.

Life Outside Work: After a busy week, my favourite way to unwind is spending time with family and friends and, of course, lots of cuddles with Betsy, who also happens to be our office dog. A well-lived life is balanced, and I try hard to remember that you are more re-energised for each new week by relaxing. We can forget it, but it is vital to us all!

My Story: Stepping foot into the financial industry in 1980, my journey has been packed with experiences and learnings. I had 21 years with Prudential, delving into pensions and investments, general insurance, mortgages, and all protection needs such as life, critical, and income protection. My passion for clients' well-being led me to win numerous awards. Joining Greenshoots Financial opened a new chapter in my career, allowing me to continue helping clients realise their dreams.

My Story: My journey towards finance took an unexpected turnaround six months ago when I chose to pursue a career shift from working as a part-time cabin crew for British Airways and began my training to be a mortgage advisor. I've always had a keen interest in the financial industry and making sure I achieved my own financial goals, so although doubling as an onboard staff member operating on international flights while simultaneously earning my CeMAP qualification was a demanding endeavour, it was one I navigated with resilience and determination.

Life Outside Work: When I'm not delving into the complexities of the financial world or working as cabin crew and travelling worldwide, I love utilising my meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills to meet the varying challenges of everyday life. I genuinely get real pleasure from helping myself and others live life to its fullest! The lessons I've gleaned from my diverse experiences in customer service have intimately shaped my approach to life outside of work.

My Story: I have a diverse background spanning key sectors, including media, beauty, education, sports, events, travel, and retail and have been Greenshoots Financial's marketing consultant since its launch. In fact, over a coffee table a long time ago, I conceptualised and pitched the brand name and strategy for Greenshoots Financial. The goal was to position Greenshoots as an independent, customer-oriented mortgage broker to serve a customer base looking for trustworthy, experienced, and approachable brokers.
